Hi, I'm William.

I write stories that reflect the human experience and all the emotions, lessons and adventures that come with it. I write historical fiction, urban fantasy, contemporary fiction and horror—and who knows what else the future may hold!

My horror story Midnight in the Garden of Eden was published with Henry Holt, based on one of my favorite (and spookiest) places in the state of Kansas.

My historical fiction novel Climb, coming in 2028, transports readers to the grit and glamour of Los Angeles during the Great Depression as a young thief tries to redeem himself as a gymnast in the 1932 Olympics. Learn more about me, my books and the magic of history right here on my website.
